Need help picking out a decent camera please

I am planning on doing documentary photography and film for my degree and was wondering what camera I should get for this, I would like a pretty good camera and some decent Lenses for it but I am pretty new to this. I do have a budget of around £700 but would rather save some in order to also purchase a video recorder. I would mainly use this camera for landscape and environmental photography. I also don’t know which is better between digital and film but I am very used to film and would rather use that. Thank you for any help given
