Honest opinion on simulated universe

I am really starting to hate it now.

I love the idea of replaying boss fights. And I love how you can make your characters OP and do ridiculous damage that is fun to watch. What I don't like is having to spend half an hour for getting 4-8 trash relics. 8 is only guaranteed if you farm the minimum level 76 requirement node. A node where not getting the right buffs can screw you over and enemies have hp inflated to the moon so you NEED op blessings to do anything. You also cannot set something to auto battle because you still have to walk around everywhere and actively remember your blessings/curios so you don't choose a bad combination. I am constantly considering this more and more a waste of time.

To compare, farming cavern of corrosion which gives guaranteed double drops takes 6 minutes or so for me. I don't have to remember anything and I can leave the game on auto and go do something else. The point is, it is not time consuming unlike simulated universe. Even though 2 per run x 4 runs is 8 relics, it still takes 24 minutes at max, again, I can simply set it to auto and leave.

Now with this new deer boss relics, which has such crazy damage and resilience, I don't even farm the level 76 node but do difficulty 2 instead which doesn't guarantee double drops but gives me consistent clears. I just want the relics man but this time sink is ridiculous.
