Quarian Marksman VS Turian Soldier. My Quarian Marksman build.

So I recently unlocked the Quarian Marksman and instantly noticed the resemblance to the Turian Soldier, however I believe with a certain build it can out damage it in some aspects. When it comes to the ROF route, aka using the Revenant or Hurricane with Marksman, the Turian will win because of its racial stability improvement (55%). However if you go the accuracy route and use a shotgun such as the Claymore, I believe the Quarian has a slight advantage.

My build:

• 6- Marksman : Accuracy, Headshots, Accuracy and Firing Rate
• 6- Tactical Scan : Damage, Headshots, Damage
• 0- Sabotage
• 6- Quarian Defender : Damage, Headshots, Damage
• 6- Fitness, all bottom

Now with this it's important not to get anything but weapon damage, don't worry about your weight. Using the Claymore your cool downs will still be VERY manageable, with Tactical Scan being 2.38 seconds and Marksman being 4.20 seconds. If you use this build your total damage bonus while using Tactical scan will be 62.5%: 25%+7.5% from Tactical Scan and 30% from Quarian Defender. If you use the Turian and go for the same you will get 57.5% with 20% from Proximity Mine and 37.5% from the racial. So what do you guys think? When using the Claymore can the Quarian outperform the Turian?
