Real pain

With over 1000 members someone must be able to help. Never had a problem with screens untill iPhone 10 then it became clear I had a problem with most oled screens. TVs as well to the point I make people turn them off if we visit. Samsung's never had a problem with right up till the Samsung s21 ultra which along with the iPhone xr I'm currently using. But just lately it seems more and more screens affect my eyes iPhone 11 I can't use, cant use my screen in the car I have and also now buses are getting screens for mirrors I might be losing job. I've even been to a specialist at the hospital and they were less than helpful. Any help would be appreciated
