Advice on allocation with new job

I feel like I've got my prioritise slightly wrong.

25M with a new job earning £53k in London.

Pension £35k S&S £20k Savings £3k

I'm starting to think about a house as paying £850 for a room in a small ex council flat is killing me. I can save around £1k per month so how would you allocate that?
