Merge Dragons / 600 Dragon Power / 14 Days - 5000 SWAGBUCKS Offer Guide

Preamble:

This is worth 5000 SB for a reason! It's a long slog; only attempt if you've time to play regularly for a fortnight. I almost gave up a few times. I often have 2 game offers going on my phone - not this one! This one is enough stress on its own, or at least it did for me. Pended fine (UK). It helps to know what you're doing, so read on.

1. Settings - Turn 'Require Overlap' ON, 'Prefer Dragon 5-Merges' ON.

Also, turn your phone display setting to 'always on' (so that your screen doesn't turn off, since AFAIK your dragons stop harvesting when screen is off). If your phone, like mine, lacks this setting, then download an app to keep screen on (e.g. Caffeine - on my phone, this app didn't keep the screen actually on, but the dragons kept working anyway, so it has the intended effect).

2. The levels - It is helpful to progress through the campaign/levels as you can earn bronze/silver/gold chests (click on the chest room, top left of screen to unlock) that often contain eggs!

In the early game, you can continuously farm for fruit (& coins from fruit) in one of the 'Groves' levels (Skull Grove?), since in the levels your dragons have unlimited stamina.

3. CAMP - Firstly, clear some land. You do this by harvesting flowers; try to aim for a level 4 flower to speed things up. HOWEVER, as you progress, only clear as much land as you need - at some point sooner rather than later, STOP wasting time clearing land. Secondly, make fruit trees & harvest fruit to turn them into coins - merge coins by 5 until you get to Level 6 coins (earring-looking), which each give you 550. You only need your coin storage to go up to about 750, I reckon.

With these coins buy eggs (see 4 below). In the end, I had about 6 fruit trees, which I found were plenty (have some dragons harvest from trees whilst others harvest from the fruit, rotate until exhausted & I found this was a sufficient number of trees, although of course you're free to have more trees).

IMPORTANT: When harvesting, instead of dragging a dragon to a tree/fruit each time, you can just double-tap on the target tree/fruit. When all dragons are awake, double tap on every tree/fruit you see in quick succession & the dragons will each go to their respective target.

SELL pretty much everything except your fruit trees, a couple high level flowers, dragon homes & stone + coin storage.

Dragon homes - don't really need to merge, else I think you can only have a few active dragons at a time?

Stone storage - Aim for about 500 stone. Use stone to buy coin storage & Moon chests (which give you some seeds to turn into fruit trees).

Anything else is irrelevant to this offer. Sell all mushrooms, dead plants, hills, topsoil or whatever. Also, you can sell all surplus flower sprouts (though be careful to not sell a tree as you mindless click 'sell' on endless sprouts, as I did a couple times!).

4. Strategy: Aim for 2 x Level 4 Dragons of the 5 types (Crimson, Grass, Spotted, Green, Rock).

Level 4 = 50 DP (2x50DPx5 types = 500 DP)

Now, if you always merge 5, then you actually end up with 119 DP for each type (2 Level 4 [100 DP] + 1 Level 3 [15DP] + 1 Level 2 [4DP]); this, plus a few other random dragons you collect along the way, will push you over 600 DP.

If, for whatever reason, you have 2 x Level 4 of 5 types & you fall a few dozen DP short of 600DP, later on in the game you'll prob unlock the ability to buy a 6th type of egg (Sharp) - buy a load of these (which will be significantly cheaper at this stage of the game - my other eggs cost between 270 & 420 coins; the Sharp starts at 50 coins) & merge till you're over 600DP.

Eggs cost 50 coins to start, get gradually costlier, so they ended up 420 for my most expensive ones at the end, as mentioned.

5. Dragon Missions - Always have these going; eventually, in Feroxia 'A Bigger Mystery' mission, you'll be able to earn a Level 2 dragon, which will save you having to buy a load of eggs.

6. Kala's Daily Trade - In Camp, below your land map. Allows you to trade a few common items for a couple eggs - well worth it, esp. considering eggs get progressively expensive.

7. Events - Not worth your time to complete (at least the one I had wasn't - 'Once Upon a Time' event). HOWEVER, you can/should instead just farm fruit/coins on the event map (infinite stamina). You get much more fruit if you actively keep tapping the tree each time the dragon is done harvesting). Of course, you can leave it on idle when you have to/get bored, but the dragon will kinda take its time harvesting.

8. Miscellaneous - You can join a Den at 400 DP, but nothing to get excited about, no real benefits.

TL;DR - harvest fruit for coins, merge coins by 5, buy eggs to merge by 5, merge dragons by 5 to get 2 x Level 4 dragons of each type you can purchase.
