Lag/stuttering after spilt water

I spilt a small amount of water on my computer, I let it dry and it worked fine for about 24 hours now the computer is extremely laggy when launching steam discord etc. I did 2 user bench mark tests the first one said undetected gpu and the second said undetected cpu and gpu. Any help would be appreciated
