Only have ibkr for now, use for Fullerton Cash fund ok?

I only have this broker account, is it efficient to buy Fullerton Cash fund in terms of buy/sell commission? If not, what platforms do u recommend that is safe to park liquid money for cash cash fund? I don’t have what moo, endowus etc.
