New Monitor Recommendations?

Monitor Recommendations? I currently have an 8 year old 27" Samsung that is definitely not utilizing the new rig I just built. Below are a few specs, and ideally i'd keep a similar size. How do I know if I can handle 4k?

1. AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5 GHz 8-Core Processor
2. G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory
3. XFX Speedster SWFT 319 Radeon RX 6800 XT 16 GB Video Card
4. MSI PRO B650-P WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard

I am looking somewhere between these 2... Thanks in advance!
