Can I get banned if someone is attacking my account with fake bots?

Just like the title says, I posted my tik tok on Twitter and all of a sudden I started getting 100s of bot followers in a span of 1 minute. Is there anyway that I, the creator and owner of the account, can get punished (banned/suspended etc) for the attack? It’s not me doing this it’s an obvious troll :/ please help I am so scared I had been growing my account organically for 2 years :/
