My gf said she’s scared of me and I don’t want to touch her anymore what next ?

I m(16) my gf f(16) had a debate I got up in frustration to pace around no hands raised just a raised voice. She says I’m not hearing her and I told her she isn’t hearing me and so I got close to her ear (hands by my side) and try to talk into her ear in a calm voice and she pushes me and tells me to back up so I do, and she tells me she’s scared of me so I gave her, her taser and one of my knives and told her if she is scared then she doesn’t need to put these down and now I don’t feel like touching her in concern of and legal proceedings or accusations. What next?
