Surprisingly not too bad, about the same level as a normal nostril piercing, the sensation just lasts a little longer because the cartilage is a bit thicker up there.

Very elegant! How bad was it compared to other piercings? I don’t know why but high nostrils frighten me…

Honestly not too bad, the punch for the conch piercing was definitely worse. About the same pain level as getting a regular nostril piercing, it is just sustained a little longer because of the thicker cartilage there.
