Yes, I’ve done it several times. Amex will send a reminder email when the 0% is about to expire, but I make a calendar reminder for myself too.

The 0% APR still applies. I’ve transferred $14K from a now closed Amex card to my BCP during its intro APR period with no problems.

I just recently opened up an AMEX card that has a promotional 0% APR period, but the credit limit is only around $5k. If I transfer a credit limit from another AMEX card I have to this one (personal card -> personal), would the 0% APR period still apply to this new limit?
