Explanation of Post Flairs for the Subreddit

Our wiki has now been updated with a list of our post flairs and what they're all intended to be used for. Here's the section that was added:

"#Post Flairs#

We have several different post flairs to help you identify which topic your post is about. We don’t require posts to be flared, but it’s a great way to help keep the subreddit organized. You can also click or tap on flairs to view only posts with that flair, so selecting a post flair makes sure that your post is seen within that flair-specific feed.

Cool Picture: Any cool pictures of things related to American girl.

Cool Video: YouTube videos or TikToks related to American Girl

Awesome Find!: An awesome AG find at a thrift store, consignment store, or some place out in the real world. This could be AG outfits, accessories, dolls, or other AG related memorabilia.

Haul: Posts highlighting your most recent purchase direct from AG, or a purchase you made specifically for your AG dolls.

Doll Identification: Posts requesting doll identification

AG Item Identification: Posts requesting identification of an American Girl item, or posts seeking to know if the item is in fact American Girl or not.

Doll Hospital: Questions about the American Girl Doll Hospital

Restoration: Restoration progress or questions

Doll Customization: Recent customs, or questions about customizing dolls

News!: AG news from Instagram, Facebook or other places on the internet, including leaks, announcements, etc.

Cool Craft: Sewing, crafting or anything you’ve made for your AG dolls

Thought: Thoughts about American Girl. This category is broad, but could be your thoughts on the new releases, thoughts on decisions AG makes, or thoughts about the stories of AG dolls, as examples.

AG Tube: Discussion of old AG Tubers & the AG community on YouTube

AG Rewards: Questions about the AG Rewards Loyalty program

Doll Storage: Posts about storing dolls & accessories

Doll Display: Posts about displaying dolls & accessories

World By Us: Posts relating to the World By Us line

Girl of the Year: Posts relating to the Girl of the Year line

BB/BT: Posts about Bitty Babies or Bitty Twins

International Collectors: Posts concerning international collector specific topics, like where to find AG dolls abroad, shipping & more.

Clothing Size/Fit Question: Questions about the size & fit of clothing, for either dolls or humans, from AG.

Creative Writing: A flair to share your writing stories

Book Club: Discussion about AG books. We also used to have a book club, & one day in the future may start that up again.

Licensed Video Games: Discussion about licensed AG video games

Doll Travel: Questions, tips & tricks for traveling with your AG doll(s)

MCM Benefit Sale: Posts related to the Madison Children’s Museum Benefit Sale
