Relocating to Johnstown

Hey Johnstown residents! My and my wife plan on relocating to Johnstown this week (specifically Coleman avenue - Moxham County I believe) .. We deem ourselves pretty’s respectable, easy going, people persons .. but we generally also don’t mingle (hi and bye) .. please I’ve been getting mixed answers when enquiring about the area .. can someone lay down the do’s and dont’s while living in this neighborhood so that we can live a productive and easy going life while staying there .. we’re relocating from the bronx .. just tryna get away from the hussle and bussle of the city and looking forward to a more slow paced rural life .. thank you so much for your feedback we appreciate it very much
