Romance and Emotional Connections in Genshin

Hey yall, I just finished the quests in Liyue that deal with Shenhe, Beidou, Yunjin and the second Jade Chamber. And some of the interactions gave me a thought. Will they ever give a canonical romance or interest for the Traveler? I know Shenhe really didn't interact with people so the way she acts around us probably shouldn't be taken beyond surface level but I couldn't help to think it felt, deeper than how a new friend would act, but maybe it was just me. Especially with us being included with Shenhe in the opera that Yunjin performs. And even back in Mondstat there's Lisa, who is definitely flirty with us, but that may just be her personality.

I havent gotten this far in the story yet but I've also heard that Ayaka in Inazuma and Lyney in Fontaine are also quite flirty and close with the Traveler.

What do you all think? I doubt Genshin will give us an actual canonical romance or interest due to being able to pick between Aether and Lumine, but I thought it would be an interesting topic to discuss.
