Lads, whats the craic with housing in Northern Ireland/Enniskillen?

Seriously trying to set up an Amazon business. I was try to apply for VAT exception but it seems I cant because I live in Ireland and not the UK.

I have had a very quick look and there seemed to be a fair few houses and prices in enniskillen prices dont seem crazy.

Do you have more info on the topic?

I am going to work soon so I cant research it right now but I am off at 3 and will be looking more into it then.
