Season 8

Honestly I have seen a lot of viewers give season 8 a hard time because of the newbies and other stuff. I’m a first time watcher and I’m finally on season 9, I started watching like many new viewers, because of Scandoval. So going into season 8 I was close minded because of everything I have read of people hating on it. However, I have to say I actually liked the season. If anything I think this season was incredibly messy. There was a lot going on towards the end for sure that made me go “wtf?!”, I think that the cast were also just doing things just for the heck of it as well. They all seemed very chaotic and all seemed to be losing it towards the end (especially Jax), and the reunion was just as messy for me, it sucks that covid happened otherwise it would’ve been just as messy in person and especially since they had such a big cast that year. Really wonder how things would’ve turned out if some of the cast wasn’t fired and if covid hadn’t happened. I wonder even if any would have had babies going into season 9, as that break between 8 and 9 allowed them to be pregnant off camera. I definitely think there was obviously a lot of unfinished storylines too, not just because of the fired cast and covid, but because of the way of how the season ended. It ended with most of them on bad terms, I mean obviously it always happens each season and they come back the next year friends, but with season 8 MOST of them were on bad terms with each other which doesn’t usually happen. Anyways, I really did enjoy the season and looking forward to my season 9 watch.
