Playing Metal Gear Solid games one day at a time

Hi all. I had a crazy idea to play all the MGS games on the actual dates the games take place. Since MGS3's Virtuous mission took place last week on the 24th, I've already started and Snake Eater starts tomorrow.

Who thinks this is a good idea and won't burn in flames?
