Samsung pay continually wiping itself

This is now the fourth time I've gone to the counter to tap and pay only to find that my cards have been removed and have to open the phone go to Samsung pay and see that its asking me to set up the wallet again!!

Absolute joke. What in the!!!!!

My old Iphone would never and I'm very close to ditching this phone. Why can't things just work.
