Help I think I hurt my eyes

Hi so the other day I was watching a video with a optical illusion, it was one of those moving tunnels with a object in the middle. I think it was called warp speed or something like that. The video was like 5 mins and I wasn't looking at it the whole time. But after my eyes were kind of strained and words and pictures didn't look stable. A day later and my eyes still feel a little strained and whenever I'm reading something or looking at a picture or video my eyes feel a little shaky? I'm I just imagining things or will my vision return to normal the next few days? And any advice on how to relieve my eyes and vision? Thanks everyone
