PCSing OCONUS with ferrets

Has anyone PCS’d CONUS to OCONUS with ferrets? We have two and have a high chance of getting orders overseas in either Europe or Japan. Both allow them as pets so no worries on that front. Wondering any tips/tricks to keep them safe and comfy but still airline compliant. I plan to have them in a carrier as a carry-on.
