I don’t understand why the spinel x Steven ship is so normalized

First of all Stevens a minor, second of all there’s no chemistry between them Whatsoever, people are like “oh I’m future she kissed him on the face and made heart eyes 🥺” there was no romance whatsoever in that scene istg it was supposed to be seen as silly I mean the music and everything in it is pretty telling, and when he was trying to get her to help him she was treating it as a joke and mocking him (which he deserves because he treated her awfully in the movie and I hate how they didn’t let her heal properly and just pushed it aside with weed clouds) they literally give off sibling energy, and spinel was supposedly to be like the lost child? Honestly Its a gut feeling that none of the gems have romantic interest in men except the diamonds which would make sense in my mind
