Is there a way to change the e-mail?

Is there a way to change the e-mail linked to my Microsoft account? Back in the day I made a Hotmail account and funny me thought I could use it for my xbox and my windows account. Is there a way to change said Hotmail account to another e-mail account without loosing my digital windows key and xbox stuffs?

If I'm on the wrong subreddit, please let me know where to jump to.. thank you
