Shadow Banning BROKEN!

Created a new account in order to play ranked with friends. I am plat and they are bronze and it take forever for matches to be found.

On my new account I have been shadow banned twice in 1 week. First one I can understand. I was level 19 with a 12 kill game and the match wasn't over. Second one, I was 4 minutes into a duos match. I had 1 death and won my gulag. that was it. I get out of gulag, then get disconnect. check their site and I'm shadow banned again. ON MY FIRST MATCH SINCE THE RELEASED MY LAST SHADOW BAN!

i get shadowbanned once a week, im good for about 2 days then it begins again.

My friend had the same thing. He waited for 2 full weeks after the shadowban was lifted before playing again, and it has not happened since. Maybe worth a try 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yeah I agree it is a bad system, you could however try it as a work around to get out of your current loop situation.

I'm good for 2-3 matches.. I legit just play on Saturdays now for a couple matches before some console player reports me because they've never seen a PC player sniping in ranked before.

dude all i do is snipe on mouse and keyboard and i swear by the end of the night i’m shadowbanned

It's sad man... All I like to do is snipe in CoD... I have a bunch of friends I've met on there just because of my sniping skill, they love it... It brought me joy to hear these people cheer me on "C'mon, you got this!" "I know talent and you got it dude we got this round." ... It was also fun hearing people on the other team complain... But look where it gets you. Unfortunately Activision doesn't give a flying F about us PC players.

I play on my other account. Spoke with a buddy. I’m thinking if you spend money you won’t get shadow banned so easy

Nope. I bought the battle pass, have a 0.9 k/d, had one good game this evening where i had 6 or 7 kills in al mazrah quads, kicked and shadow banned. Literally had one good game.

Also heard that if your account existed before the ricochet anti cheat update your chances of getting shadow banned is almost zero

“Creating new account” is simply shady, why do you need more than one or a “new” one to do more than play the game?

I call BS, if you are smart enough to attempt different ways to manipulate the game through various accounts, then you are smart enough to know you only need one account.

Bro did you not read what I put. I got my buddy to switch from Apex. In order to play rank I would either have to tank my ranking to play with or create a new account because he is bronze 1. I feel like you don’t understand how rank system works and you are trying to start a fight on your lack of understanding.

Why are you shilling for Activision? The shadowbans for legit PC players is a real thing and should be stopped... I think it's really unfair that people like you assume that these people who took the time to make a post complaining about the shadowban are hacking. That doesn't make much sense does it? Are the redditors going to give the hackers justice and overturn Activisions decision? NO. So why would you assume that?
