msnbc.msn.comBSA's policy is stupid. The chartering org should be responsible for establishing membership in the troop. National should have no say in the matter unless someone fails the background check.
This destruct committee will be dismissed from their positions instantly. In every district there are at least two political factions that compete for control. This one just handed their opposition the keys to the kingdom. No more silver loops for them I betcha.
