The G2A launcher has now been unlocked for those who bought the "buggy" AA bundle.

I just logged in and immediately got the message that the Grounder has been unlocked: http://imgur.com/ioyuW

And indeed it is available now. The G2G lock-on launcher is still there as well: http://imgur.com/x0bty

Nope. As I mentioned in the post I did here on the subreddit that was pushed to spam.

According to the CSR they were only able to fix the problem just today. So no.

They only sent the CS messages out today:

I believe from your ticket you purchased one of the Anti-Air bundles - thanks for that! - But were quite surprised when you opened it up and found a wrong item in there. We were quite surprised too and are profusely sorry for the confusion it must have caused you. Thanks for being so very patient with us while one team talked to another to make sure we could get you the right item after we fixed the wrong bundles still being sold in our marketplace so more of you didn't get the wrong thing. Phew.

We are so sorry this took as a while to get to you - to do them one at a time would have taken weeks, so we asked the clever folks who can press one button and do it in a snap to handle it, but unfortunately technical difficulties delayed it happened. We finally resolved all that stuff this morning and you should now have the item you were missing. Don't worry, we won't be removing anything from you - keep the cool wrong item as a little thanks for being so kind and patient to us in our error.

I sent this same ticket to thousands of you because writing it out one by one with different wording seemed rather silly as you can imagine when I just have the same message to tell you all, but it might mean there was something else in your ticket I missed. If I did - just reply and tell me the other issue of concern you had that I missed and I'll be glad to look into it!

Thank you again so much for your support and your patience and I wish you a really happy 2013!

The tone is a little patronizing, and I already had the g2a launcher, but perhaps others will be satisfied now.

Sadly, I don't know. I bought the AA bundle knowing that it did not include the G2A launcher and I didn't expect them to retroactively give it to me.

Just checked, I have both launchers unlocked now.
