Permadeath on very hard

I have ended up beating Fallout 4 Permadeath on the hardest difficulty. I’m excited to give this a try in early 2024. I bet this will take many many tries. Fallout 4 took me 8 tries and I lost two characters post level 40, one with only one DLC to go. Anybody else thinking of giving this challenge a try? Any thoughts on the challenge.
