Showtime should push Kickboxing. I think there is definite potential for people who dislike the grappling aspect of mma and forgot that kickboxing is a thing.

My initial reaction was Invicta, since they're trying to position themselves for a tv deal, but since that's been said, I also kind of hope that it's One FC. They're an East Asian promotion, but they have rules that are similar to Pride and they have a lot of prospects from other sports who are new to MMA but have tons of potential. In the same way that Invicta would let Showtime offer a significantly different product from the UFC, One would also feel unique to fans who missed the Pride glory days. Showtime isn't going to find a real competitor against the UFC, so I think it's a good idea for them to focus on signing an org that does something different.

I already posted this exact statement in a reply above. I thought Invitica would be great, but it's not the mainstream draw showtime is looking for. One FC already has enough big names and draw to hit the ground running with showtime and a kick ass set of rules to go with it.

While that was my first response, I don't think it will work. I don't think it has the draw showtime is looking for. I think they want a more mainstream draw. I would love to see them land something like One FC. Soccer Kicks!!!!!!!!!
I bet they will be watching UFC 157 pretty closely. If it does mainstream numbers Invicta's stock will go up considerably
Stock will go up yes, but they don't have the UFC hype or Rhonda. It's only one fight, that's not much to base a multi-year, multi-million dollar deal on. One FC on the other hand has a solid line up and deals with other promotions to bring in other fighters. Something like One FC is a much safer investment at this point in the game.
