Transform Mean and standard deviation that follow normal distribution into Mi and Sigma that follow Logarithmic normal distribution (Log-Normal)

It has been 15 years since i graduated.
For a project I need to use the JCSS codes for a project.

I got a normal distribution with a mean of 280 and a sigma of 30.

I need to change the normal distribution to a log-normal distribution.
I have no idea how i find the new mean and sigma.
Can anyone help me how to solve this?
