Anyone working from Aboitiz and PLDT?

I want to know and understand the culture of both companies before signing the contract.

Workset-up: PLDT = full on-site Aboitiz = Hybrid

Annual compensation: PLDT is higher than Aboitiz. In terms of basic salary, Aboitiz is higher.

HMO benefits: I guess this is the edge of PLDT. Their reliability and support for the health of their employees.

Travel time: PLDT = 2-3hrs going to work and same period after work. Plus daily onsite

I guess. Hybrid set-up now is the new thing where employees sacrifice for a pay cut just to be with their families. Where hybrid set-up address mental and physical stability.
