Ban and silence system

Can we all agree that their system is completely broken getting banned for simply asking a dps to switch. My thoughts are either people are getting really soft and I don’t mean that in a mean way or this game is as broken as everyone is projecting it to be. Let me know y’all’s thoughts I’m really curious.
