Drive errors? Windows Problems? idk wth is happening with this PC

First - specs: Asus ROG Strix Z690, I7-13700k, 64mb T Force DDR4 (4x16), Samsung 980 Pro Slot 1, Solidigm P41 Slot 2, Gigabyte WaterForce 3080ti.

PC was built December 2022. Been working fine. A couple of months ago Windows would start blue screening with System Errors. Restarting would sometimes work. Sometimes I would need to sfc scannow and restart. Everytime I ran scannow it found reg errors.

For the last couple of weeks, when I shut down, it is not likely the PC would come back up. It usually boots to a black screen. Windows is loading in the background (the blue tooth speaker actually connects). This results in me having to try to reinstall windows again. Always during an install I would get bluescreened with System error or NTFS file failure.

What Ive done - full formatted both drives. Tried installing windows on both drives separately. Tried only having one drive in either slot. Same results every time.

If I can get to a recovery screen - recovery always fails. Windows boot recovery always fails. Ive ran health checks and scans on both drives and everything always comes back as ok.

Where am I at here? New Mobo? any other thoughts?
