Does reporting work?

Im hating playing squads honestly, i have 2 friends to play fall guys, but since we dont have trios, we have to go squads, and every single time, EVERY SINGLE TIME, we get a trolling filler.

Usually i report them, but im not sure if it works, i report them for griefing and some times for inactivity, and i want to know if its worth the time or its just useless to report.
