My (32f) husband (38m) is on steroids. Does this cause issues in a relationship?

So I found this little glass bottles under this bathroom sink and some needles. Of course it concerned me. So I looked up the words on the bottles and it said it was a steroid for muscle building. He has always been into working out even before I met him. My husband is huge! Like has a lot of muscle and big arms.

I don't know anything about steroids or if it's gonna cause issues in our marriage. Does anyone know if there is side effects that I should be concerned about? Is roid rage a real thing? Is this considered drug use?

Should I bring it up to him? Should I leave it alone?
