Just about any plain black leather dress shoe is in regs. I wore boots in als
Para 7.4.1.4: “Shoes will be low quarter, oxford-style, lace-up with a plain rounded toe or a plain rounded-capped toe. Soles will not exceed 1⁄2 inch in thickness and the heel will not exceed 1 inch in height (measured from the inside front of the heel). Shoes will be smooth or scotch-grained leather or manmade material. Shoes will be shined; high gloss or patent finish is optional.”
100% in regs. You don’t even need high gloss shoes if you don’t want.
