Will a better performance make less bugs in fallout 4?

So i played fallout 4 on ps4 with many mods (no build limit, no settler limit etc) and well itt was lagging more and more and npc were glitching to the roof and shit. Now iam on ps5 and i tried the same save game and damn no lags at all. My question is will this make the game less buggy with mods? Like sometimes on my ps4 the settlement was so big that when i quicktraveled back there, suddendly some settlers were gone and also food and water was on 0. Will the ps5 improve those things or wont it be affected at all?
