COVID anaphylaxis or something else?

28F, Asian American, non-smoker. Mirena IUD. Have chronic dustmite allergies and was diagnosed with asthma as a child but never had to use an inhaler.

Hello I started having the usual symptoms last Sunday (itchy throat, coughing), Monday I had a sore throat and the sinus congestion and everything else came (fever, malaise, chills, muscle ache, etc.). On Wednesday I started to break out into hives and my skin felt really hot. I treated with benadryl and Albuterol just in case. I'm not sure if it's the COVID or if it's from something I ate or I took. I had taken dayquil 30 minutes prior. I repeated everything else I ate and took except for the dayquil and was fine. On Thursday I was positive with an at-home test. I am aware COVID has a super antigen and there have been cases of anaphylaxis but I'm also worried that I somehow developed an allergy to the acetaminophen or anything else in the dayquil and have been worried to take acetaminophen and even any nsaids even though I have a horrible headache. My doctor here won't see me. I would really like to take NyQuil as I am having a hard time sleeping because the post nasal drip cough keeps waking me up despite taking Zyrtec, Mucinex and drinking lots of water. Can anyone offer any insights?

edit: just wanted to add that I am fully vaccinated, got the original booster when it came out and the bivalent booster last November, if that matters.
