Should I just commission it?

I have a pc build in mind, generally speaking, I know what I need it to do and have my budget but what worries me is how poorly my own body handles things. Steady hands is based on the weather… etc. Problem is, I’m not sure if there even are people who do commission work like I’d want. Some is the aesthetic aspect but I could probably do that myself. I guess if there’s reputable people that do commissions I’d like to check them out?
