how long does the first ob last?

its the 6th day since the symptoms started showing. the lesions are pretty severe..i’ve had trouble sleeping for the past 3 days. i googled and found the ob usually lasts for 2-4 weeks?? and im kind of frustrated rn cos i cant imagine suffering this pain for another week. please someone tell me itll get better soon
