Discouraged

I started this medication mid July and badly felt the effects a week ago but sadly
for about 2/3 days and it went away after that. I’m on 40mg and now just feel sleepy when I take them. My doctor says It takes a while for my body to adjust but dang it’s been since July. Im hoping they come through for me soon.
