I think the dealership messed up my car and won’t take responsibility

I have a 2020 ford escape SEL 2.0L AWD with about 50k km (30k miles) on it. I took it in for its normal oil change (synthetic)and inspection and there were just a couple of minor issues - the engine air filter and cabin air filter which I opted to replace myself. I just got so many red flags

  1. I asked them to check the fuel pump area bc I had been having an issue with gas back flowing out and I thought a valve was blocked. They said nothing came up on the reader but sure enough the valve was messed up and they had to replace it
  2. The brake pads on the inspection IMPROVED from a year ago 🥸 somehow grew from 2mm to 7mm
  3. I have been having so many issues since I brought it back.
  • When accelerating it won’t always take and if I push harder it shoots up to 8000 rpm and thrusts forward but doesn’t really go
  • when decelerating (not breaking) the car rocks back and forth
  • none of the sensors are working
  • the AWD shows a fault and won’t work
  • there is something dripping under the car (my dad thinks AC condensation maybe)
  • if my feet are parallel to the floor in the well on the drivers side there is a weird vibrating from underneath the car
  • dark exhaust
  • when car is running is sounds really rough like a higher pitched engine grumble. Sort of like a generator.

I took it in and told them this, they said they weren’t sure if it was under warranty and I said well it wasn’t doing this before you touched it so it better be covered. They said oh yea it is ok, said they had to order “a bunch of parts” and they wanted me to bring it in for a 2-3 day service last week. I asked them for the actual report/inspection too and they said they would send it. Never got the report, never contacted me re the parts to bring it in and now I can’t get ahold of the service department. I’m car savvy enough to know very rudimentary things but not specifics if you know what I mean.

From the google searches and talking to my dad

  • the belt
  • spark plugs -rotator
  • contaminants

Were all coming up. I literally dunno what they did to cause all these issues from a simple oil change
