Need help with this

So, the thing is I’m going through some shitty phase i think. I was dating a girl 2 years ago. We were in good relationship, but idk what happened to her and she broke up with me. She said it is something personal and she will be burden on me due to that. But before dating we were good friends and she really changed that. But anyways, now the situation is kind of messed up! She wants to keep friendship, and recently she admitted she still has feelings for me, but dont want to get into dating thing again and just want to keep friendship! But, she keeps doing this on off kind of thing with me. Which really drags me back to square one. I tried moving on and whenever she feels i am getting away, she will just drags me back with flirting with me and convincing me that everything is good between us. I’m really not sure what that supposed to mean. Whenever i need anything she will help me or will be there for me to listen to me. I really dont know how should i deal with this. Please give me some kind of helpful advice!
