Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite WIFI Motherboard. Best BIOS version to update too.

I have update my BIOS before when I first got the motherboard, currently running F30, I was looking to enable ReBAR on my Gigabyte Aorus RTX 3070. I looked up on the Gigabyte website and saw that my Ryzen 7 3700x should be used with BIOS version F1. Should I go back to Version F1 or stay F30 or update to the latest version F38e?
