Controller Order question

Hi all, I couldn’t find a solution with Google so I’m reaching out here!

My wife and I play a lot of Stardew Valley with the Deck docked, but every time we connect our controllers, I have to manually change the controller order. It’s not a huge deal, but it gets annoying when I have to do it every time we play.

Is there a way to get the Deck to remember controller order?
