Devloping right leg muscle zaps 18 months after laminectomy! Advice?

Yesterday I started getting muscle zaps on rear flank of right leg. Damn painful n kept me up all night.

Ive had no problem w this and had surgery 18 months ago so kinda worried.

What say you guys?
