Any Advice

I keep vulnerabilities on Australian gov websites, I have requested for them to be pates to more than a month ago.

Still unpatched.

To put it into perspective some of them are running Apache 1.3.20

I feel like pulling my hair out I am so frustrated. I just found a reflected xss vuln on a big gov website. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.

I am homeless. I just want a fucking IT Job or something and having some form of recognition would be great.
