to be honest its more so to do with the camera lens, phone cameras on portrait mode warp the face (kinda like an alien head) with its 44mm lens, the pic on the left looks like how he would appear in person from a wide angle lens. just my observation might not be 100%

my point is front facing cameras or just phone cams in general are not flattering to the face, but he does appear more scruffier than he used to

I go back and fourth between thinking he’s gotta be using and he’s just mentally very unwell. I’m no expert, but this behavior reminds me of people I’ve known who’ve spiraled. Could be both, or he’s so addicted to this attention from his “family”.Regardless, it’s getting to be hard to watch and I feel like dude is headed for a breakdown. At least his kids are too young to be seeing what’s going on.

Besides being a total narcissist and being unable to hold himself accountable for his actions, he seems to have gotten into a fight with soap. You have to think, a rational, well minded person isn’t gonna post themselves looking this unkept. I’m not trying to shame, but you wanna look put together. Common sense.
