Hy-Vee app on Android

A few days ago I noticed I was no longer getting notifications from the Hy-Vee app. So I checked and they were turned off by default, and I can't turn them back on. Google Play says the last app update was on Sept. 6th, which if I had to guess is probably around the time I last got one.

Is this the case for others? Seems like a technical mistake to me. I wonder if they're aware.
