Anyone have any ideas on what’s up with the paw print and the independent isles?

We know a halfway decent amount of the five kingdoms due to the information released that’s on the wiki. However there are two isles on the human side of things that nobody ever seems to talk about and those are the pawprint and independent isles. And I was just wondering what kind of people y’all thought lived there and what kind of government do they have?
